We are honoured to hold the Royal Warrant of HRH The Prince of Wales. One condition of retaining the Warrant is to have an ongoing policy to increase sustainability. This year we are converting our outer cases from white to unbleached brown card, to reduce bleaching agents into wastewater.
Juniper Green Gin – the world’s first organic gin – and Utkins UK5 Vodka use organic grain grown under biodynamic guidelines and registered as Demeter.

The junipers we use are purchased on a FairWild basis and we are to be certified as the world’s only gin using FairWild botanicals. In addition, the Organic Herb Company is growing two further herbs, saving on international transport and increasing UK sourcing.
We are applying for Vegan registration for Juniper Green.

Juniper Green Sloe Gin is prepared using sloes wild harvested and Fairly Traded.

Papagayo Rums are sourced from Paraguay and purchased on Fairly Traded terms.

Highland Harvest Scotch Whisky uses organic barley grown and malted in nearby Inverness, reducing road usage and protecting the countryside with all the benefits of organic farming.
